1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p22ph ("p22ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at p22ph.vip. By accessing the p22ph website, creating a p22ph account, or participating in any game or wagering activity offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

p22ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the p22ph platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

To use the p22ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by p22ph or any applicable regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of p22ph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or partners.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) p22ph account. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

When registering a p22ph account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes.
• Keep your p22ph login credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notify p22ph customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Not use a VPN, proxy, or any other method to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

p22ph reserves the right to verify your identity before approving withdrawals or at any time during your account's active period. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

p22ph supports deposits and withdrawals through Philippine-regulated payment channels, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified on the p22ph platform.
• Withdrawal processing: p22ph aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing time.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your p22ph account ("source of funds" rule), subject to applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
• Verification: p22ph may require identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or suspension.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). p22ph is not responsible for currency conversion losses incurred through third-party payment providers.

p22ph reserves the right to limit, suspend, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the p22ph platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, which are published within the relevant game interface and may be supplemented by these general Terms. Key general betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. p22ph is not obligated to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet due to player error.
• p22ph reserves the right to void bets placed on games experiencing technical faults or where erroneous odds or payouts were displayed due to software errors.
• Winnings resulting from exploiting software glitches or system errors are not valid and may be recovered by p22ph.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and may be subject to change without prior notice.
• p22ph's decision on the settlement of all bets is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

p22ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated requirements at the time the bonus is offered.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• p22ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was credited as a result of a technical error or that was claimed in breach of the applicable bonus terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, and device is permitted.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p22ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, cheating, or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the p22ph platform or its underlying software.
• Laundering money or using the p22ph platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward p22ph staff or other players.
• Claiming bonuses in bad faith or in a manner not intended by p22ph's promotional terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the p22ph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, design elements, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of p22ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the p22ph platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the p22ph platform without prior written consent from p22ph.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

p22ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the p22ph platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

p22ph will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform securely and in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

10. Responsible Gaming

p22ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered players from within the account settings at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that can be set or reduced at any time.
• Session time limits: Automatic session reminders and time-limit enforcement.
• Cooling-off period: Temporary account suspension for a defined period (1–90 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanent account closure for players who wish to stop gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p22ph's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p22ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from the use of or inability to use the p22ph platform, even if p22ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

p22ph does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for service outages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

12. Termination

p22ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including without limitation in circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• p22ph is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The Player fails to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested.

Upon termination for cause, p22ph may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is without cause, p22ph will return the Player's verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds) within a reasonable period.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to p22ph's internal customer dispute resolution process. Players may contact p22ph support to initiate a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to such regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms as may be made available by PAGCOR.

14. Amendments to These Terms

p22ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the p22ph platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the p22ph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
